When you need a new keycard....

To replace your keycard if it got lost, damaged, or fails to work due to age. Or you may want a keycard if you're a new owner and never received a keycard from the former owner.

If your old card fails to work, replacement is free. Return of old card is required. For a lost card or new homeowner card, advance payment of $25.00 is required.

Obtain a keycard request form, read the instructions, complete the information and return the form (along with payment or old card).

Or, during the summer season you can get a form from a pool monitor when one is on duty, afternoon and evenings at the pool. All year long you can call, 858-695-1094, the association's voicemail, follow the instructions; be sure to state your name, property address, email, & phone number. We will send or email you the form and accompanying instructions.

Complete the form; return it with any payment if required (see instructions supplied with the form).

A Board volunteer will verify membership and paid-up status with our bookkeeping service. Your check (if you are required to pay) will be deposited and await clearing. When all items are in a "go" status, another volunteer will prepare your card and match it to the gate recognition system.

When your card is ready you'll be contacted by email or phone to arrange for getting the card. We do not mail cards. During the summer season, the pool monitors will have your card available for pick up at the pool.

Allow for 10 days. There are several "players"- each has a task to do, all are volunteers.
